Lady Waynett is a Holder of over 40 International Awards for her humanitarian, philanthropy, and empowerment contributions into the community and titled with 2 Chieftaincy titles Lady Waynett was awarded The Degree of Honorary Doctorate in Human Rights and Humanitarian Issues.
In 2012 she founded (TEA) The Extraordinary Achievers Network to include a collaboration of charities, philanthropists, active humanitarians, and organisations to work in association in volunteering or providing, products, services and or provisions to those growing through adversity.
This also includes The TEA TV Talk Show, a series were Lady Waynett interviews industry experts, coaches, and shares positive stories of unsung community heroes to educate, inspire, motivate, and encourage others.
In 2014 Lady Waynett initiated (ROC) Reclaiming Our Children Back from the Streets, a community-based program aimed at uniting and supporting parents whilst coordinating change champion programs with external parties, authorities, government bodies and youth organisations.
In 2015 Lady Waynett originated Loving Our Valued Elders (LOVE), an initiative to honour, appreciate and assist our elders in the community; an opportunity to be the elderly’ friend.
In 2020 Lady Waynett created The Extraordinary Achievers Charity Awards, to celebrate small charities doing extraordinary works and Thoughtful Acts of Benevolence.
